CODES OF CONDUCT

At PYFC we promote and encourage enjoyment through high standards of behaviour and commitment. We strongly support the FA’s Respect Campaign and have FA qualified coaches at all our training sessions and matches. Any existing or new members and parents must abide by our club’s Code of Conduct:-

Pirbright Premier FC Code Of Conduct.
• Members must listen and follow the advice and instruction of their Manager and Coaches
• Members must respect their Manager, coaches and all fellow members
• Members must demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times
• Members must be supportive of their fellow team mates
• Members must use all training and match equipment with respect
• Members will listen to and respect the decision of the referee
• Members will work as part of the team
• Members will not use abusive or inappropriate language or be physically aggressive to any adult or fellow member during training sessions and matches

Failure to follow these rules will result in the following consequences:
• In the first instance, the Manager will remind the member of the club’s Code of Conduct in a verbal warning.
• Further failure to follow the rules will result in the member missing one training session.
• If the behaviour is deemed continuous or serious, the member will miss one club match.
• These decisions are made at the Manager’s discretion.
